Refund Policy

All sales are final for digital products and services, as they are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned. We strive to provide high-quality products, but due to the nature of digital goods (such as license keys, accounts, and boosts), refunds are strictly limited. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.


License Keys

  • No refunds are provided for any license keys once they have been delivered or revealed.
  • License keys are digital products provided by third-party software owners. If you encounter any issues with the key (e.g., activation problems or invalidity), you must contact the original software owner or developer directly for support or resolution.
  • We do not offer replacements, refunds, or any compensation for license key issues, as we act solely as a reseller.

Server Boosts

  • Boosts are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Replacements may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, and only if:
  1. All required fields (e.g., server ID or link) were correctly and completely filled out during purchase.
  2. The target server has been reviewed and approved by one of our trusted staff members prior to or immediately after purchase.
  3. The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of purchase, with full proof provided.
  • If the above conditions are not met, no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to deny any replacement request if we suspect misuse, incorrect information, or if the boost has already been applied.

Accounts

  • Accounts are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable issue directly attributable to us (e.g., the account details provided do not work as described at the time of purchase).
  • Replacements may be offered only if:
  1. The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. You provide clear evidence (e.g., screenshots or logs) showing the account is faulty and not due to your actions (e.g., password changes, bans from misuse, or external factors).
  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for issues arising after delivery, such as account bans, recoveries by original owners, or changes made by you.
  • We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a "verifiable issue" in our sole discretion.

General Terms

  • All sales are final once payment is processed and the product is delivered.
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, buyer's remorse, mistaken purchases, or incompatibility with your setup.
  • Any approved replacements (not refunds) will be for equivalent products only and are subject to availability.
  • Refund or replacement requests must be submitted via our support ticket system with your order details and evidence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet these criteria or if we suspect fraud or abuse.
  • This policy is subject to change without notice, but the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
